034 Motorsport Billet + Spherical Dogbone Mount, Audi 8V/8S A3/S3/TT/TTS & VW MKVII GOLF/GTI/R
034Motorsport’s Billet + Spherical Dogbone Mount for 8V/8S Audi A3/S3/TT/TTS & MkVII Volkswagen Golf/GTI/R is the new standard in performance and durability. This dogbone mount was engineered with performance in mind, manufactured from billet aluminium and stainless steel, and features a genuine Aurora Spherical Bearing to maintain proper articulation and reduce NVH transfer. The Billet + Spherical Dogbone Mount is machined and assembled in-house, designed to eliminate the slop associated with the factory mount, and will better withstand the forces generated by hard launches.
The result is a locked-down drivetrain, crisper shifting, and virtually no wheel hop. The Motorsport Dogbone Mount will cause some increase in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) inside of the cabin.
This upgrade was extensively track-tested on 034Motorsport’s MkVII Volkswagen GTI & 8V Audi S3 before release.

Heads up. Beautifully made product but does not fit on a MK7.5 Golf R. The two front bolts are larger than on the MK7. I did install the front and lower 034Motorsport dogbone inserts with the standard arm. All torqued correctly. Definitely adds a little more responsiveness and NVH. With a resonator delete and Akrapovic exhaust I now do have a small amount of drone in race mode which wasn’t there prior to this install. Makes the car feel more racey which I like. NVH and drone only noticeable when starting and in the low rev range.
