What is AutoInstruct?

AutoInstruct was created to help centralise automotive tutorials from all over the world. Our team is currently creating guides for a number of manufacturers, including Holden, HSV, Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen, Audi, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru and more!

We also have an extensive online store, covering your service and performance needs!

Store

Can I Pickup Products?

Unfortunately we don’t offer pickup. We’re an online only company and therefore don’t have a physical store address.

Dispatch Timeframes

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. If your items are in stock, your order will generally ship within two business days. This can be seen on the product pages, and looks like this:

In Stock!

If a product is not in stock we’ll tell you the estimated dispatch timeframe. This is the approximate duration before the product leaves our warehouse. Typically we’ve just run out of stock, and the new shipment is already in transit. Example below:

Dispatches in 5 – 7 Business Days

Some products also request that you contact us for stock availability. Please follow this instruction if you’re requiring the product within a specific timeframe. Often we’ll need to consult with our suppliers and check the availability. Example below:

Postage Destinations

AutoInstruct only posts to Australian and New Zealand addresses.

Postage / Freight

Orders are shipped primarily using Australia Post eParcel. Both Regular and Express services are offered at checkout.

eParcel Regular
Approximate delivery timeframe of 3 – 7 Business Days.

eParcel Express
Approximate delivery timeframe of 1 – 3 Business Days.
Whilst we often see packages delivered next business day, please note this is NOT a guaranteed ‘Next Day Delivery’ service.

Courier
Approximately 2 – 5 Business Days.
Bulkier and heavier items are shipped using Courier, usually this is via TNT.

All timeframes quoted above represent the time between between our parcel lodgement and delivery to your address. This does not include any processing or dispatch times which are outlined on product pages.

Payment Methods

We accept general payments through the PayPal secure gateway. As a result, bank transfers and all major cards are accepted.

We also offer ZipPay, a simple and 100% interest-free payment solution powered by zipMoney Payments. zipPay gives you the ability to buy now, and pay later for purchases – without a credit card. Once approved, you get access to a new shopping account that allows you to pay back with total flexibility over time.

ZipMoney is also accepted through the ZipPay gateway. Simply login with your ZipMoney account when prompted.

OBDeleven

Android App Download

To download the OBDeleven App, please check your invoice, there is a download link included.

Alternatively you can log into your account, and the download link will be available alongside your OBDeleven purchase.

Issues Installing Android App

If you’re having trouble installing the .apk file to your Android device, please attempt the following steps:

  1. Verify that “Unknown Sources” is enabled, usually found under the Security settings page of your phone
  2. Re-download the .apk file to ensure the original download was not corrupted
  3. Download a file manager/explorer from the Play Store, use the manager/explorer to install the app
