AutoInstruct was created to help centralise automotive tutorials from all over the world. Our team is currently creating guides for a number of manufacturers, including Holden, HSV, Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen, Audi, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru and more!
We also have an extensive online store, covering your service and performance needs!
Unfortunately we don’t offer pickup. We’re an online only company and therefore don’t have a physical store address.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. If your items are in stock, your order will generally ship within two business days. This can be seen on the product pages, and looks like this:
If a product is not in stock we’ll tell you the estimated dispatch timeframe. This is the approximate duration before the product leaves our warehouse. Typically we’ve just run out of stock, and the new shipment is already in transit. Example below:

Some products also request that you contact us for stock availability. Please follow this instruction if you’re requiring the product within a specific timeframe. Often we’ll need to consult with our suppliers and check the availability. Example below:

Occasionally you will find products marked as ‘Out of Stock’ and you will be unable to add these to your cart. This typically appears when we do not have an estimated time for stock replenishment. Please contact us for timeframes and further details.
AutoInstruct only posts to Australian and New Zealand addresses.
Orders are shipped primarily using Australia Post eParcel. Both Regular and Express services are offered at checkout.

Whilst we often see packages delivered next business day, please note this is NOT a guaranteed ‘Next Day Delivery’ service.

Bulkier and heavier items are shipped using Courier, usually this is via TNT or Fastway.
All timeframes quoted above represent the time between between our parcel lodgement and delivery to your address. This does not include any processing or dispatch times which are outlined on product pages.
We accept general payments through the PayPal secure gateway. As a result, bank transfers and all major cards are accepted.
We also offer ZipPay, a simple and 100% interest-free payment solution powered by zipMoney Payments. zipPay gives you the ability to buy now, and pay later for purchases – without a credit card. Once approved, you get access to a new shopping account that allows you to pay back with total flexibility over time.
