What is a P3 Gauge and why we love them!
P3 Gauges are artfully designed to be the perfect accessory for all our fellow car fanatics. Allowing the user unique insight into the function of their vehicle without sacrificing the interior look. It is rare to find such a good balance of function and aesthetic, which is why here at AutoInstruct we are excited to be stockists of P3 Gauges.

So what does a P3 Gauge do you ask? The P3 V3 Gauge plugs into your vehicle’s OBD2 port and communicates directly with the ECU to pull information (analog sensors can be added to the P3 V3 Gauge as well). The Multi-Function digital vent gauge displays the following critical vehicle metrics:
- Boost(through OBD2 port using OEM sensors or with P3 analog boost sensor)
- Coolant temperature
- Air/Fuel ratio(can be read in AFR or Lambda)
- Vehicle speed(can be calibrated in 1% increments from -9% to +20%)
- Intake air temperature
- Throttle angle
- Ignition timing
- Engine RPM
- Exhaust gas temperature
- Battery voltage
- Programmable shift light
- Analog input 1(brown wire) can allow gauge to read any 0-5 volt linear output sensor
- Analog input 2(blue wire) can allow gauge to read any 0-5 volt linear output sensor
- Acceleration timers(0-60mph/0-100mph/60-130mph)
- Braking timers(60-0mph/100-0mph)
*All readouts can be individually configured to read in either Imperial or Metric units.
Being able to monitor your vehicles vitals and performance varies from convenient to imperative. Information is power and understanding your car will go a long way in halting trouble before it halts you.
P3 design each of their gauges to be as easy as possible to to install. The length/difficulty of install will depend on your ability/skill level and which version gauge you choose. The P3 V3 Gauge takes 5-30 minutes to install in most cases.
