Unbolt the following two bolts using a Torx driver.

Step 3

Looking at the underside of the door, remove the bolt as pictured.

Step 4

When the left, bottom and right sides are release, simply slide the trim upwards to release it from the window sill.

Step 5

Using your hands and trim removal tools, work from the bottom of the door and start to release the clips. You need to pull very firmly to release the clips.

When the left, bottom and right sides are release, simply slide the trim upwards to release it from the window sill.

Step 6

Unplug the speaker and mirror electrics by following the cables down the door. Next, slide the speaker trim up to release the clips, then pull outwards.

This will reveal the single ‘Triple Square’ bolt securing the mirror.

Step 7

Whilst supporting the mirror, remove the bolt and pull the mirror off the vehicle.

Step 8

Reinstallation

Reinstall the mirror and speaker trim, reconnecting the associated electrical cables.

Step 9

Before door card reinstallation, ensure all clips are in the current position, with a gap as shown.

Step 10

Reconnect all wiring looms and the door lock cable. The cable slides into a slot as shown then clips down into position.

Step 11

Next, simply hook the door card onto the window sill, it is generally a very firm fit and takes some attempts to seat correctly. Then firmly push down across the door card making sure every clip ‘clicks’ in correctly.

Lastly reinstall all three bolts and door handle trim.
