AutoInstruct presents a tutorial on how to remove the rear seat base on a VE Commodore.

Step 1

Removing the seat base is a very simple task. There are two clips holding the seat in place, one between the legs of each outer passenger.

Step 2

Grasp the front of the seat base and pull firmly upwards to release the clip. Once this is completed on both sides of the vehicle the seat will simply pull out away from the backrest.

      No you can’t. Need to drop the fuel tank.
